Hey guys, made a trip to my local Lowes and found a nifty display of Georgia-Pacific vinyl siding samples. Each sample is 2 1/4" X 4 3/4" and made to look like textured wood grain. They come in about 9 or so different shades, some of which look very much like nicely weathered wood. I noticed that, as in real wood, some had a larger grain pattern than others but some had a fine grain pattern that would be very appropriate for different scales. Have any of you tried working with this stuff? It looks like it would be good for anything from a truck bed to maybe with a little ingenuity a woody. I haven't done anything with it yet but thought I would throw this out there to see what you all make of it. So, watta ya think?
